KARACHI: by following the teachings of the Prophet Jesus Christ, we can lighten the peace and love in the world. The obedience of the prophets can establish peace in the world. Congratulations to the nation on the birth of Prophet Jesus Chris and the founder of Pakistan Quaid Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. The day of the birth of Jesus is important for both Muslims and Christian communities. For the practical struggle against the systematic system in the world, the life of prophets is a model for us.
These views were expressed by the scholars of all Muslim sects and from all religions gathered on the invitation of Ambassador at Large for Global Peace & Human Rights, Imam Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui, Chairman, Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH), here in Karachi.
His Eminences Cardinal Joseph Coots said at this occasion that the festival of Christmas gives the message of love, peace and harmony and brotherhood. All of you are the messenger of peace that spreads among the religions on which the Christian community heartedly thanks you. This day will give the opportunity to remember the love, peace, endurance, and human sympathy of Jesus’ day.
Ambassador at Large for Global Peace & Human Rights, Imam Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui, Chairman, Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH), said that the Christian community has rendered valuable services to Pakistan; we all share in their happiness equally. He further added that Interfaith Commission for Peace and Harmony will continue to safeguard the rights of Christians and other minorities according to the principles given by our Prophet Muhammad PBHU and founder of Pakistan Quaid Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. On the occasion of the birth of great leader Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the father of the Nation, he said that all sections of the society will have to be united to get rid of terrorism and support the armed forces and all the institutions. “
He further said that the nation will have to pledge that we will work hard to make Pakistan a democratic state according to the ideas and ideology of the leader and Iqbal by contributing to the end of this class system. We will get rid of terrorism from the country of Pakistan, and it will have to make Quaid-e-Azam Pakistan and be guided by great leaders so that we can get a stable place in the society.
ICPH Chairman Imam Allama Ahsan said we wish each of you a blessed, safe joyous holiday season filled with good health, pleasant memories, joy and happiness throughout the New Year. Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH), every year celebrating “INTERFAITH CHRISTMAS” in Pakistan and around the World. An excellent celebration of “Interfaith Christmas 2022″ to bridging the gap between different races, ethnicity, religions, sects, genders, generations and youth, in order to increase respect, tolerance, acceptance, understanding and harmony in our loving country Pakistan. All of us, whatever religion or society we may belong to, must pledge to work for the promotion of interfaith harmony and peace in the world. He further said that Let us respect every religion and accept each other with all our differences. We must reject every conspiracy that attempts to blame different religions for expressions of intolerance, extremism, hatred, radicalization, violence and terrorism. All divine religions promote love, interfaith harmony, tolerance, peace building and co-existence. Imam Allama Ahsan said that all religious leaders are equally involved in the pleasure of their Christian brothers on the occasion of this Christmas. And we are absolutely free in celebrating our religious beliefs and celebrating religious festivals in Pakistan.
At this occasion, Muhammad Ali Jinnah birth day and Christmas cake was cut and prayed for national security and prosperity.
