Tamchy representatives promote Kyrgyzstan investment opportunities at the AIM Congress in Dubai.
The Tamchy Special Financial and Investment Territory (Tamchy SFIT) promoted Kyrgyzstan as an emerging investment destination at the 15th AIM Congress in Dubai.
Tamchy joined the event as an Official Gala Dinner Sponsor. The delegation also presented its financial jurisdiction as a potential link between international capital and investment opportunities in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia.
Kyrgyz Delegation Holds Investor Meetings
Led by Ayaz Baetov, Chairman of the Board of Tamchy, the Kyrgyz delegation held dozens of meetings with senior representatives from governments, financial institutions, international organisations and businesses.
Tamchy also maintained a prominent presence at the entrance of the Dubai World Trade Centre. A dedicated display introduced visitors to the financial centre and its main features.
The delegation took part in the AIM Congress opening ceremony and official Gala Dinner on September 7. During the events, Baetov highlighted the UAE’s role in promoting international investment cooperation.
Tamchy Presents New Financial Jurisdiction
Tamchy officials used the meetings to outline the legal and institutional framework behind the new jurisdiction. The model follows English common law principles.
According to the delegation, Tamchy will have an independent regulator and an independent court. It will also offer digital administrative services and a dedicated tax regime.

The structure aims to meet the needs of international investors and institutions. Tamchy also presented the jurisdiction as a potential complement to companies’ existing operations in Gulf markets.
Focus on Gulf and Central Asian Cooperation
Investment chairmen and regional corporate leaders joined discussions with Tamchy representatives. The delegation focused on building relationships with financial centres and business institutions.
Meanwhile, Tamchy sought to establish direct links with Gulf-based financial centres. Officials also explored opportunities to exchange expertise and develop cooperation with business associations and federations.
International companies received an invitation to explore investment opportunities in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia. Tamchy positioned itself as an additional jurisdiction for businesses seeking wider regional expansion.
Baetov Highlights Investor Interest
Baetov said the AIM Congress provided an opportunity for direct discussions with major investment decision-makers.
“We aspire to become the jurisdiction that enables international companies to expand their operations across Central Asia and globally,” Baetov said.
He added that the interest shown during the event indicated demand for such a platform.
AIM Congress Draws Global Investment Community
The 15th AIM Congress took place under the theme “Reshaping Global Prosperity: Unlocking New Investment Pathways Towards a Sustainable and Inclusive Future.”
Organisers said the event attracted more than 15,000 participants from over 100 countries. The congress serves as a platform for investment dialogue and economic cooperation among governments, businesses and financial institutions.
Tamchy’s participation provided Kyrgyzstan with an opportunity to introduce its new financial jurisdiction to a wider international investment audience.
