ECP stretched out date for overseas Pakistanis to enlist their votes

Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has broadened the due date for abroad Pakistanis to enroll their votes online for up and coming by-surveys.

The new due date is till September 17. The by-surveys in 37 voting public are booked to held in the period of October.

Abroad Pakistan got the privilege to vote a month ago, after a Supreme Court seat, headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and including Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Ijazul Ahsan, coordinated the ECP to utilize I-Voting framework as a pilot venture in the up and coming by-surveys. The online framework will empower abroad Pakistanis to cast their votes.

As indicated by the ECP plan for the by-surveys, hopefuls can pull back their assignment papers by September 15, while constituent images will be distributed to the competitors on the next days.
