Certificates Presented To Key Institutions
Mr. Amir Ahmed Shaikh, Member In-Charge and Provincial Coordinator, presented Appreciation Certificates. He honored representatives from several public service agencies.
These included K-Electric, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), NADRA, Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), and the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports.
Moreover, senior officials from the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat also attended the ceremony.
Officials Highlight Importance Of Coordination
During the ceremony, Amir Ahmed Shaikh praised the cooperation of all participating institutions. He said that timely complaint resolution depends on strong coordination.
Furthermore, he stressed that better results come when organizations work together. As a result, citizens receive faster and more effective support.
NADRA And Others Receive Special Appreciation
The Member In-Charge especially praised NADRA for improving public service delivery. He also acknowledged its efforts in facilitating citizens.
In addition, he appreciated SSGC, K-Electric, EOBI, and Immigration and Passports for responding quickly to complaints. These complaints were forwarded by the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat.
Future Meetings Planned To Improve Services
Finally, Amir Ahmed Shaikh thanked all participating organizations for their cooperation. He announced plans for a future meeting with the heads of these agencies.
This meeting will focus on improving coordination. It will also aim to strengthen public service delivery systems across departments.
NADRA Presents Souvenir At Ceremony
At the end of the event, NADRA Director General Aamir Ali Khan presented a shield to Amir Ahmed Shaikh. This recognized his role in public grievance resolution.
Similarly, souvenirs were given to Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat officers. These gifts acknowledged their continued efforts in public service improvement.
