LAHORE – The Institute of Arts and Culture Lahore awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Philosophy to the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in Islamabad, Mr. Hamad Obaid Al-Zaabi, for his role in promoting cooperation and cultural ties between the two countries.
