Whatsapp is a social media application in which you can text, call, video call, update statuses, send pictures or videos etc. We can use it as for communication purpose. It is used by billions of people internationally.
Instagram and Facebook are the most used apps among all of the others. We can post anything over there, send or receive messages etc. Nowadays, people are doing online businesses through Instagram and Facebook.
Social Media is one of the most useful thing, if used carefully or with good intentions. Some of the people use these apps just to troll and blackmail others; these are such a normal case in Pakistan nowadays. People blackmail each other in terms of pictures and messages, this especially happens with females.
In a sense it is very harmful too because social media is something you become addicted to and this addiction increases day by day. Students are mainly interested in social media because of the posting feature. Now you will think what’s so interesting in posting, actually that is the likes and comments. When a person posts a picture, video or simply any of the post, it gains likes, then people also comment over there, good or bad doesn’t matter. So basically it’s a craze of getting so many likes and comments. Especially instagram is where people just troll each other to get fame.
TikTok and Snack Video, both are the most famous and worst applications for students especially. Some people take it just for fun or passing time but students take it so seriously, again just the main cause is FAME, LIKES and FOLLOWERS. It’s all about the Game of Fame.
