The 6th National Education Summit, organized by the Pakistan Academic Consortium (PAC), was held at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, bringing together leading policymakers, education experts, and institutional stakeholders from across Pakistan to deliberate on reforms, innovation, and the future direction of the education sector.

The high-level forum was attended by Provincial Minister for Education Sardar Shah, Secretary Education Zahid Ali Abbas, and Additional Director DIRPIS Ms. Rafia Mallah, along with prominent representatives from Pakistan’s academic and policy community.

The summit sessions were chaired by P  AC leadership, including President Nasir R. Zaidi, Vice President Arsalan Faruqi, and General Secretary Fahad Naseem Siddiqui, with Khawaja Bilal Mansoor Sethi also contributing to the proceedings. Organizers emphasized the importance of sustained dialogue between policymakers and educators to address systemic challenges and improve learning outcomes nationwide.

Discussions focused on education reform, policy innovation, institutional collaboration, and strategies to strengthen access and quality across Pakistan’s education system. Speakers highlighted the need for long-term commitment to empowering students, improving governance structures, and integrating modern approaches to teaching and learning.

Participants reaffirmed a shared vision of building a more inclusive, forward-looking education system capable of preparing future generations for evolving academic and professional demands.
