Make-A-Wish legal notice to designer ‘Maria B’
KARACHI – Make-A-Wish Pakistan has sent a legal notice to designer Maria B through their lawyer Barrister Ali Tahir, not to use Make-A-Wish name for their children brand of clothes. The designer is advised to stop using Make-A-Wish name immediately failing which a legal action can be taken against Maria B.
Make-A-Wish Pakistan is an affiliate member of Make-A-Wish int’l dedicated to grant the cherish wishes of critically ill children and the name & logo of Make-A-Wish Pakistan is registered and using it by anyone is the violation of intellectual property rights.
