Karachi — In a rare display of political harmony, senior government officials, opposition leaders, and prominent journalists were seen sharing the same table at the wedding ceremony of the daughter of senior political reporter Abdul Jabbar Nasir.

The event brought together a wide spectrum of political and media figures, including Murad Ali Shah, Nihal Hashmi, Murtaza Wahab, and Salman Murad.
Opposition representation was led by Ali Khurshidi, while religious-political presence included Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Emir Munim Zafar.
Senior members of the journalist community also attended, including Sindh Parliamentary Reporters Association President Kamran Razi, 365 News Bureau Chief Akbar Ali, and senior journalist Saeed Sarbazi.
The gathering stood out for bringing together political rivals and media professionals under one roof in a moment of personal celebration, temporarily setting aside ideological and institutional differences.
