Karachi, 23 November 2025: The foundation stone of Kings JS Tower—a grand, modern, and internationally equipped residential project—has been laid by Kings Builders in Karachi. Member of the National Assembly and former Sindh Provincial Minister, Syeda Shehla Raza, formally inaugurated the project at an impressive ceremony.
Kings Builders, with a remarkable legacy of 48 years, has delivered hundreds of successful and high-quality projects across Sindh, particularly in Karachi. The foundation-laying ceremony was attended by Kings Builders’ CEO Dr. Talha, Directors Mudassir Thanvi and Mustafa Thanvi, ABAD Chairman Muhammad Hassan Bakshi, Senior Vice Chairman Syed Afzal Hameed, Vice Chairman Tariq Aziz, Chairman Southern Region and Managing Director of Kings JS Tower Ahmed Owais Thanvi, along with prominent political and social figures, leaders of the builders’ community, and distinguished guests.
On the occasion, Syeda Shehla Raza paid tribute to Kings Builders, stating that the company has not only played a vital role in Karachi’s development but has also set new standards in the construction sector by providing world-class residential and commercial facilities. She noted that such projects introduce modern trends in the lifestyle of residents in a mega city like Karachi and help boost economic activity.
ABAD Chairman Muhammad Hassan Bakshi also appreciated Kings Builders’ efforts in launching this remarkable project for the people of Karachi. He said that major and modern projects like Kings JS Tower represent a positive sign for the growth of Pakistan’s construction industry and the promotion of investment. Despite various bureaucratic hurdles, ABAD members continue to provide exceptional housing facilities to the public while contributing significantly to national revenue.
He added that builders and developers are not seeking any special incentives—only the implementation of land reforms and complete digitalization of land records. He emphasized that if obstacles in the construction sector are removed and builders are provided security and confidence, Pakistan can attract billions of dollars in annual investment. ABAD consistently supports such initiatives that introduce new standards of convenience for citizens and fulfill their housing needs.
Senior Vice Chairman Syed Afzal Hameed, Vice Chairman Tariq Aziz, and Chairman Southern Region & Managing Director of Kings JS Tower, Ahmed Owais Thanvi, also addressed the audience. Ahmed Owais Thanvi shared that Kings JS Tower will be a masterpiece of modern engineering, superior construction, and sustainable living.
