As per Raja Khalil, CEO Milestone Properties stated that the Prime Minister has introduced a vision for the housing industry of Pakistan. Talking to media, Raja Khalil said Islamabad is the capital and most modern city of Pakistan. For the first time in the history of Pakistan, a unique project is being introduced, after which Pakistan will be one of the countries in the world where housing projects are built while safe-guarding the environment.
The CEO further informed that our project will be similar to the leading eco-friendly housing projects in Malaysia, Singapore and China. He declined to name his project by saying that in a prestigious ceremony, the name of the project as well as its logo shall be unveiled.
The Project shall meet all the legal requirements and introduce the most unique and unprecedented housing project of Pakistan’s real estate industry. Our goal is to make environmentally friendly construction of international standard possible while launching our project. Later, the real estate industry will move towards a new trend by engaging leading business groups from home and abroad to lay the foundation of the project.
