Supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid have recently shared that they have a 23-year-old half-sister, Aydan Nix, born from their father Mohamed Hadid’s relationship with Terri Hatfield Dull following his divorce from Yolanda Hadid in 2000.
Raised in the suburbs of Orlando, Florida, Aydan was brought up by her mother. She only discovered her biological connection to the Hadid family after a genetic test, taken at age 19, following the death of the man she believed was her father.
Gigi and Bella revealed that they met Aydan for the first time in 2023, while she was studying at the Parsons School of Design in New York. Since then, the family has embraced her with warmth and love.
“We’ve welcomed Aydan with open hearts,” the sisters shared. “She’s spent time with all of us, including our father, and we’ve had many honest conversations to support and protect her.”
The Hadids also stressed the importance of respecting Aydan’s privacy, stating that she wishes to maintain a low profile while she builds her career in fashion as a designer, stylist, and influencer in New York.
