Pakistan Citizen’s Portal has become the most effective tool for redressal of public complaints.

The Portal has also helped increase overseas Pakistani’s confidence for resolving their issues.

Following the Prime Minister’s instructions to resolve the overseas Pakistani’s issues on priority basis, a Muscat-based Pakistani’s grabbed land has been retrieved after 52 years.

The petitioner had lodged a complaint against the land grabber in Wazirabad Tehsil of Gujranwala.

Muscat-based Pakistani Muhammad Ali thanked the Prime Minister and Citizen Portal for getting him the land backed.
