Karachi – A session of Safoora Town was held under the leadership of Chairman Safoora Town, Rashid Khashkeli, at the DMC East Committee Room. The Vice Chairman of Safoora Town, Abdul Haq Baloch, along with all elected Chairmen/Vice Chairmen of Safura Town Councilors on designated seats, attended the meeting. The Chairman of UC 5, Nauman Ilyas, opened the proceedings with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Firstly, all members of the council expressed their confidence in the leadership of Chairman Safoora Town, Rashid Khashkeli, and praised his timely efforts in maintaining cleanliness and addressing sanitation issues after Eid Al-Adha.
Subsequently, all council members presented their recommendations regarding Muharram-ul-Haram and discussed practical measures to clean sewage lines and drains in anticipation of upcoming rains.
Finally, Chairman Safoora Town, Rashid Khashkeli, credited his team for their work in cleanliness and sanitation during the Eid period, congratulated them, and made it clear that every suggestion given will be discussed with the administrative authority in a meeting to formulate a final course of action. Insha’Allah, thorough arrangements will be made to ensure peace, security, and cleanliness around the processions and routes of Imambargahs during Muharram-ul-Haram.
