Karachi — Muhammad Rehan Hashmi, former Member of the National Assembly and newly appointed Provincial Chairman of the Pakistan Red Crescent (Hilal-e-Ahmar) Sindh, was felicitated by a delegation of well-wishers at his office on Thursday.
