PML-N President and Leader of the Opposition Shahbaz Sharif has openly expressed his views regarding the ruling coalition.
Speaking on Geo News program ‘Jirga’, Shahbaz Sharif said that Asif Ali Zardari had promised to settle issues with Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
He said that the Chaudhrys are well-versed politicians who will decide in the wider interest of Pakistan. He hoped that they would go with the united opposition in the interest of the people and Pakistan.
The PML-N leader said that Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) has a personal ceremony with Jam Kamal and hoped that they would make the right decision.
He said that all our efforts and attention is being paid to get rid of this incompetent government. Mr. Zardari has said that the matter has been settled with MQM and he will give all kinds of guarantee to the united leadership.
Shahbaz Sharif said that Shujaat Hussain, an ally of the government, had said that no one was paid and no horse trading had taken place.
He said that Imran Khan would subdue Niazi with political and constitutional weapons.
The PML-N president further said that the flour of Rs 35 has gone up to Rs 100 today. People say that we cannot go to our constituencies. Members have the right to vote. Production order of Ali Wazir should be issued.
He said that President Arif Alvi has disappointed the nation very much. The position of the state is not worthy of respect.
Shahbaz Sharif said that Nawaz Sharif’s two demands are transparent elections and civilian supremacy. Nawaz Sharif will decide on the post of Prime Minister in consultation with the party.
