Industrialists worried over electricity prices and gas load shedding.

Karachi:  KBG Vice President and Former Senior Vice President Korangi Association of Trade and Industry-KATI Faraz-ur-Rehman said in a statement that electricity from oil and coal is very expensive, it is our misfortune that the country “We have resources and instead of getting cheap electricity, we get electricity from expensive oil and coal in a commission of just a few people, while a reduction in energy prices will benefit the economy and industry,” he said. “The economy, people, and Industrialists cannot afford the electricity tariffs that are imposed on us.”

Faraz-ur-Rehman said, adding that the people and Industrialists have all expressed concern over the increase in electricity tariffs and gas cuts and rejected the decision. Faraz-ur-Rehman said that the burden on domestic consumers was increasing excessively and 40 percent of consumer expenses goes to the electricity bills. Faraz-ur-Rehman Former Senior Vice President KATI demanded that the government take urgent steps to address the rising electricity prices and gas load shedding. The Prime Minister should assure emergency measures and make an action plan soon get started and monitor the whole situation yourself.

Young and Energetic Businessman Faraz-ur-Rehman served as a Senior Vice President Korangi Association of trade and industry (KATI) 2018-2019 and as a Vice President KATI at 2013-2014. He is currently Vice President KBG, Member Pak Vietnam Business Council Federation Pakistan FPCCI, and Advisor of Hani Welfare Trust, other than his social responsibility. He is working as a Chairman & CEO Prompt Group of Services and Director M.Y. Corporation Pvt. Ltd. which was one of the Founder Company of the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD). M.Y. Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is a family business and he is a pioneer builder and developer of Pakistan. He has done Marketing for our upcoming projects and also represents his company in trade organizations.
