Governor punjab Balig ur Rehman presented Award to Fahad Barlas

Former Chairman Handicraft Association of Pakistan Fahad Barlas has received the Best Performance Award for his outstanding services in the promotion of handicraft sector. This award was given to Fahad Barlas in a ceremony by the Governor of Punjab Baligh ur Rehman among Pakistani talented people from home and abroad. Handicraft Association of Pakistan chairperson Maryam Khan was also present in the ceremony.

Former Chairman Handicraft Association of Pakistan Fahad Barlas is receiving the award from Governor Punjab Baligh ur Rehman to introduce handmade goods of Pakistani artisans at home and abroad, Maryam Khan is also present.

On this occasion, Fahad Barlas said that the demand of Pakistani handicrafts is increasing day by day worldwide and the handmade items of Pakistani artisans are popular all over the world. He said that earlier there was no platform to introduce Pakistani handicrafts. Due to the fact that the demand for these handicrafts was low, however, Handicraft Association of Pakistan introduced these handicrafts at the global level thanks to the successful exhibitions held in different countries of the world. I am grateful and express my resolve to use all possible resources for the development of the handicraft sector.
