The event celebrated an eight-year partnership between the two organisations, highlighting their shared commitment to community engagement and South Punjab’s representation in Pakistan’s premier cricket league.
Farmers and dealers interacted with Multan Sultans players, collected autographs, and took photographs during the event. Winners of the “Sarsabz Golden Ticket” campaign were also invited as special guests, giving selected farmers a chance to meet their cricketing heroes in person.
Speaking at the event, Fatima Fertilizer Director Marketing & Sales Rabel Sadozai said the partnership goes beyond sponsorship, calling it a long-term bond rooted in shared identity and national passion for cricket.
Multan Sultans CEO Gohar Shah described Fatima Fertilizer as a “family partner,” noting that the collaboration reflects mutual values and a strong connection to South Punjab.
Organisers said the initiative aims to bridge the gap between Pakistan’s farming community and its most popular sport, using cricket as a platform to recognise and engage farmers who form the backbone of the country’s agricultural economy.
