The representative body of Employer’s in Pakistan, the Employer’s Federation of Pakistan (EFP) is proud to commemorate and share the success of its event EFP Investment Forum, in Dubai Expo 2020 Pakistan Pavilion.
The event was embellished by the presence of Abdul Razak Dawood, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Commerce & Investment, as an eminent Chief Guest, in the auspicious event for evoking the needed drive in the burgeoning markets of Pakistan.
The distinguished dignitary was in support of establishing, sustainable business systems in the economy, particularly by means of reduction in the escalating imports and its subsequent bills. The solution as acknowledged lies not only in the hands of the Government but rather, as agreed, should be a collaborative effort on the business community end too.
The President, Employers’ Federation of Pakistan(EFP), Ismail Sutter has called attention to the Minerals and chemical sector of the region in Pakistan, all while depicting EFP’s stand in the cause. He further accentuated the importance of the sector and how it can instigate the requisite change in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
With the purpose of expediting the requisite change in the region, the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan, has decided to collaborate with Pakistan Chemical Manufacturers Association PCMA, on current and future endeavors, under the well-built leadership of PCMA President Jahangir Piracha.
Furthermore, the event highlighted how the Minerals to Chemical Sector of Pakistan can become one of the success driving industries of the region, simply by means of smart value addition techniques. The Employers’ Federation of Pakistan realizes and understands the potential within the region, which has remained untapped for a significant period of time.
The federation has pledged to play its part, in establishing sustainable business systems within the region that can foster growth and development on both, the investor and the investees’, end. The Mineral to Chemical Committee of Employers’ Federation of Pakistan has encouraged investors internationally to grasp this opportunity at the right time, vouchsafing its support to them as needed.
Understanding the imminent need for development, the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan, has further highlighted the prospect of Domestic Travel & Tourism in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, launching a comprehensive benchmark study that serves as a standard reference for future tourism-development planning. The federation highlighted the sector as a ready to invest market, that can drive and optimize its investment value not only effectively but also rather efficiently.
EFP has acknowledged, highlighted, and pledged to play its part in supporting the region of Pakistan, on International grounds, instigating the change that is very much needed.
