Karachi: It was an incredibly happening three days as the Badri High School – BHS senior students participated in two major events from the 21st to the 23rd of October 2022.
Firstly, a delegation of 12 students from BHS was invited to the Aitchison College’s ACSEC VII in Lahore, the largest Science Olympiad in the country. Regarded as one of the most elite and reputed institutions of the country, Aitchison’s 7th Chapter of the Science Olympiad was attended by 1100 delegates and 500 teams from all over the country. The Badri High School team had one of the youngest pupils who made it to the top 12 teams into Round 3.
Thank you to their mentors Sh Aliasghar, Sir Ibrahim, Ms. Zenab Mohammad, and Ms. Shehla for their constant guidance and presence. Special thanks to all the teachers who helped train them so they could make us proud.
Secondly, at the Aga Khan College MUN two students of BHS from the 16-member delegation, Rashida Burhanuddin and Zainab Murtaza received the prize for ‘Honor of Mention’.
Rashida was given the personality of Rana Tanveer (PML) and Zainab Murtaza represented Zile Huma (PTI). Congratulations team BHS. Special mention to their MUN trainer Ms. Zenab Mohammad for her guidance, and motivation.
