KARACHI: Ali Pesnani has joined as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Union Microfinance Company Limited.
The statement further said that the Board of Directors and Chairman of Union Microfinance Bank in its meeting decided to appoint Ali Pesnani as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Union Microfinance Bank.
Earlier, Ali Pesnani stepped down as Group Head and Senior Executive Vice President of the JS Bank. Ali announced on Thursday that I had decided to step down from the Group Head & SEVP office.
Ali Pesnani’s statement, I’m pleased to share that yesterday was my last work day at JS Bank in the capacity of Group Head and Senior Executive Vice President. I spent almost five and a half years in this prestigious organisation in a different role and had an excellent time. I would like to thank the management and board of the bank for all the love and care and all our clients and team for their continuous support.
Ali added, Today I have joined Union Microfinance Company Limited as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. I need continuous support from all my friends and will InShAllah try to fulfill the responsibilities given by the Board and the Chairman.
Further, he said ‘Besides that, I will also be working with some other organisation in the capacity of Board of Directors and will be advising them. Thank you and wish you a very Happy New Year.’
