Karachi: Along with the social media accounts of national institutions, the hackers started hacking the WhatsApp accounts of people promoting the soft image of Pakistan in foreign countries.
According to the details, Pakistani-Dubai-based internationally renowned blogger Muhammad Moazzam Qureshi while talking to journalists on the occasion of his visit to Karachi said that someone hacked my WhatsApp account and sent wrong messages to the artist community and important personalities, which badly damaged my reputation.
He said that I do social affairs and philanthropy and I try to help everyone in Dubai. The persons who hacked my WhatsApp account are from Karachi and I was told that you should not give a golden visa to the artist community and others just give priority to a few people.
I will not come under any wrong pressure and will continue to serve all my Pakistanis including the artist community and others.
He further said that my reputation has been badly damaged by hacking my WhatsApp number and forwarding the wrong type of messages to different countries including Pakistan, Dubai, and other Gulf countries.
He has demanded from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, and Director Cybercrime Circle FIA Karachi take serious legal action against the hackers of my WhatsApp account and provide me legal protection. I have also received some threatening calls.
