Houston Consular Ball first started & organized by the volunteer organization Houston Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) in 1952.
The Houston Consular Ball is the Mayor’s Premier White Tie Gala. Honoring the 90-plus countries’ consulates and the international communities that call the Houston area home, the Consular Ball has a rich and storied history.
