BANGKOK : An ostrich escaped from an animal cafe in Thailand and ran for about 10 miles along a busy highway. However, it was safely captured. Asara Boribon, the owner of a cat cafe in the Chon Buri area of Bang Lamong, Thailand, said that one of his two ostriches escaped through an open gate on Tuesday and ran after a cement truck onto the highway. The escaped ostrich is said to be 5 months old and ran for about 10 miles on a busy road. People on the road at the time made videos of the large bird running with traffic and shared them on social media. Its owner said that the people there safely subdued the ostrich and brought it back to its home.
