The panel, titled “Male Allyship: From Intent to Impact – Moving Beyond Support to Measurable Change,” featured Muhammad Ali Gulfaraz, CEO of DIB Pakistan; Saad Zuberi, CEO of LuckyOne Mall; and business leader Mehvish Waliany. The session was moderated by Mufarrah Malik, COO of Ashrietech Academy.

Panelists explored how organizations can move beyond symbolic support to implement tangible strategies for measurable outcomes in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Gulfaraz highlighted DIB Pakistan’s 22% female workforce—higher than the industry average—including women in senior leadership roles. He stressed, “Inclusion requires consistent action, not just intention, and embedding inclusivity in an organization’s DNA demands strong and consistent commitment.”

The discussion emphasized the vital role male leaders play in championing inclusivity, advocating systemic change, and creating environments where women can thrive. Key themes included accountability in leadership, embedding inclusive policies, and leveraging influence for long-term impact.

The event was organized in collaboration with Development of Human Resources (DoHR) and Disrupt Karachi, held at Ashrietech Academy NASTP. It was supported by leading organizations including SmartHCM, ITGS, Salim Habib University, and Ziauddin University, reflecting a shared commitment to inclusive growth and leadership.

HER Summit continues to serve as a platform for meaningful dialogue, learning, and collaboration, reinforcing its mission to inspire Hope, Empowerment, and Rise for women across Pakistan.
