Karachi: The First Islamic banking branch of U Bank inaugurated at Boat Basin in Karachi. State Bank Executive Director Samar Hussain presented in inauguration ceremony. During his speech at the ceremony, CEO U Bank Muhammad Isa Muhammad Ali Tahiri said that the Islamic branch of U Bank will provide excellent facilities to the customers. He also expressed his determination that more branches of U Bank will be opened in the future.
He further said that the Consul General of the United Arab Emirates Bakhit Atiq al-Rumiti is always ahead in playing his role in the development of the economy of Pakistan. The United Arab Emirates has done another great work for the stability of the Pakistani economy. He also said that the UAE is expanding the network of U Bank in Pakistan, which will stabilize the country’s economy.
U Bank’s first Islamic banking branch is a proof of this. He further said that Pakistan will continue to contribute to bring the economy up in the world and one day Pakistan will definitely be counted among the major economies of the world.
