Jamshoro: A one-day information conference was organized at the Jamshoro Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the International Labor Organization and Employers Federation of Pakistan to create awareness about social safety schemes. In which the officers of other concerned departments including EOBI also participated and provided awareness to the employers about social safety schemes –
Muhammad Waqas Chaudhry, in charge of the Benefits Section on behalf of EOBI, gave an informative presentation to the employers about the institution and informed the employers about the details related to registration of private entities in EOBI, enrollment of employees, and pension benefits to the insured employees as per the law.
