MIR ALI, NORTH WAZIRISTAN – A tragic suicide attack claimed the lives of 13 Pakistan Army soldiers in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Saturday.

According to the military’s media wing, the convoy of security forces was targeted in a planned terrorist attack, executed by the Indian-sponsored outfit “Fitna-al-Khawarij.” A suicide bomber attempted to hit the convoy but was intercepted in time. However, another explosive-laden vehicle was rammed into a military vehicle, resulting in devastating casualties.
