Islamabad,1st January 2025: ZONG, renowned for its innovative digital solutions, has introduced a user
friendlyand customizable feature for its prepaid and postpaid subscribers: “IDD Make Your Own
Bundle.” This revolutionary offering empowers users to create personalized International Direct Dialing
(IDD) bundles tailored to their unique communication needs for respective destinations. Accessible
exclusively through the My Zong App, the feature ensures convenience, flexibility, affordability, and an
enhanced customer experience.
With “IDD Make Your Own Bundle,” subscribers can select their destination, choose between landline
and mobile calls and determine the number of minutes and validity period that best suit their
preferences. Rates start as low as PKR 1 per minute for destinations like the USA, Canada, and China and
go up to PKR 19 per minute for Oman, with popular locations such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the UK,
ranging between PKR 2 to 15 per minute. A standout advantage of this service is that the per-minute
rates charged are significantly lower than the standard tariffs for the respective destinations, ensuring
exceptional value for customers.
Subscribers can easily create their bundles in three simple steps via the My Zong App: navigate to the
“More” section, select “IDD,” and choose “IDD MYOB.” This convenience enables customers to design a
bundle tailored to their needs and also monitor their usage through My Zong App
Bundles are activated within 15 minutes of subscription, and prices are inclusive of applicable taxes..
Bundles expire automatically upon the completion of the validity period or full consumption of minutes.
If needed, users can re-create new bundles, ensuring uninterrupted international communication.

customized experience in international communication. This service allows users to stay connected with
loved ones across the globe while enjoying a more economical and flexible solution, tailored to their
