ISLAMABAD: World Diabetes Day is being observed across the globe including Pakistan today with aims to raise awareness about the impact of diabetes on the family.
The theme of World Diabetes Day this year is “The Family and Diabetes” which is aimed at creating awareness about the impact of the disease and how to provide a support network to those who are affected by diabetes.

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar says that precautions and measure to control the diabetes disease are in top priorities of government.
In his message in connection with World Diabetes Day, Chief Minister said that the purpose is to mark this day is to highlight awareness among the people regarding the prevention of diabetes.
