Karachi : The World has completely changed after the global outbreak of
COVID-19 , transforming our education systems , social
relations and especially the work culture. Due to the pandemic
most of the population turned towards technology and opted for
Remote work. With businesses adapting to this new situation
even after the pandemic is over , most of the employees are
now working from the comfort of their home as well as from a
separate destination while travelling. Along with many benefits
remote work comes with a lot of challenges including,
maintaining a healthy worklife balance and overcoming a
feeling of loneliness .Now that working from home is here to
stay, we can make the most of it by creating a work
environment that’s more inclusive, productive, and enjoyable for
everyone.
