KARACHI: TriFit, a Saudi-backed fitness brand, has expanded its operations to Islamabad with the launch of TriFit Plus, its first wellness and fitness facility in the federal capital.

The expansion marks a significant step in the company’s nationwide growth strategy. Currently, TriFit operates six fitness clubs across Pakistan and plans to open eight additional facilities in the coming years.
Islamabad facility launched
The launch event attracted business leaders, media personalities, fitness enthusiasts, students, and members of the corporate sector.
Among the notable attendees were former Supreme Court judge Justice (R) Athar Minallah, Senator Sarmad Ali, television actress Laila Zuberi, journalist Fahd Hussain, and Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Usman Shaukat.
In addition, senior military officials, business leaders, corporate executives, and representatives of Saudi investors attended the event.
Focus on fitness and wellbeing
TriFit said the new Islamabad facility reflects its commitment to making modern fitness and wellness services more accessible.
Moreover, TriFit Plus offers advanced training equipment, group fitness programs, recovery facilities, wellness services, and dedicated workout areas for men and women.
The company stated that its facilities aim to support preventive healthcare, personal fitness, and overall wellbeing, particularly among urban communities.

Speaking at the launch, TriFit Founder and CEO Ahmar Azam said the expansion aligns with the company’s goal of promoting healthier lifestyles through structured fitness programs and modern wellness facilities.
Furthermore, he highlighted the growing importance of mental wellbeing, especially among young people facing increasing social and professional pressures.
He noted that regular physical activity helps reduce stress, build resilience, improve confidence, and support long-term physical and mental health.
