Founder President of Karachi Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry East Syeda Saeeda Bano on Saturday said that the license of the Karachi Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry – KWCCI (District East) has not been renewed by the DGTO.
She said that since the license of the KWCCI East has not been renewed, elections cannot be held and there is no president of the chamber at the moment.
Presently, the affairs of the chamber are being run by the Secretary General of the body which is according to the law, she said.
Syeda Saeeda Bano said that any individual claiming to be office bearer of president of the KWCCI East is contrary to the facts, illegal and based on malafide intensions.
