Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II has died at the age of 96. The Queen had been suffering from health problems since October last year, which made it difficult for her to walk and stand.

Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, rushed to the Queen on hearing of her unwellness, while Prince Charles also arrived.
Elizabeth II became heir to the throne in 1936 after her uncle abdicated.
The Queen is survived by her 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
