KARACHI – Seminar was held on the life & works of Nawab Muhammad Ismail Khan on his 137th Birth Anniversary & 75th Independence Anniversary of Pakistan on today 2nd September 2021 at Mazar-i-Quaid, Karachi.
The event commenced with recitation from the Holy Quran and distribution of Ajrak to guests of event by organizers.
Resident Engineer, Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board Mr. Abdul Aleem Shaikh stated in his speech that this type of events are for remembrance & for payingtribute to our unsung Heroes.
Grandson of Nawab Sahab Mr. Asad I. A. Khan thanked Director Quaid-i-Azam Academy Mr. Zahid Hussain Abro for his efforts to organize this event. During his speech he said Nawab Muhammad Ismail Khan was the man who always put himself back and others ahead. It’s our unfortunate that our nation don’t even know his name and have forgotten his efforts &struggle for Pakistan. He added the famous Jinnah Cap was the cap which was gifted to Quaid-i-Azam by Nawab Sahab.
Mr. Ahmad Abdul Bari & Chief Guest of event Vice Chancellor of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Dewan University, Professor Dr. Aurangzeb Khan also enlightened the life &struggle of Nawab Sahab. Dr sahab said, nobody have forgotten the struggle of Nawab Ismail Khan and this event is a living example of it.
Last speech was delivered by Director Quaid-i-Azam Academy Mr. Zahid Hussain Abro in which he thanked to participants & guests of event for joining. In his speech he announced that Quaid-i-Azam Academy will publish a book ion Life & Struggle of Nawab Muhammad Ismail Khan.
Special prayers were made for the leaders of Pakistan Movement and security development and welfare of Pakistan. Event was ended by a cake cutting ceremony.
