ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan presiding over a meeting in Islamabad on Wednesday reviewed the overall law and order situation in the country.
The meeting discussed the internal security situation of the country and measures for the protection of the lives and properties of the people.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister was briefed about security arrangements for foreign heads of states visiting Pakistan in the coming days.
The meeting was attended by Interior Minister Brigadier retired Ijaz Ahmed Shah, Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mehmood Khan, Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, and other senior officers.
