Farhan Qureshi, Google Cluster Director for Pakistan, the Philippines, Thailand and Frontier Markets, also highlighted YouTube’s role in connecting Pakistani culture with international audiences.
He described Pasoori as an example of how local music can cross borders and develop a worldwide following.

The Coke Studio Pakistan YouTube channel now has nearly 18 million subscribers. Pasoori remains the channel’s most-watched video.
