The collaboration is designed to foster a more inclusive workplace culture by educating employees about legal frameworks that protect and empower women. Through the initiative, LAS will provide practical guidance on legal rights, justice mechanisms, and dispute resolution processes.
According to the agreement, training fees will be directed as a corporate donation to support LAS community legal clinics that provide assistance to marginalized women, extending the partnership’s social impact beyond the workplace.
Pakistan Cables Ltd. stated that the initiative reflects its continued focus on employee wellbeing, inclusion, and meaningful community engagement across Pakistan.
