KARACHI — The first meeting of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Central Standing Committee on Women Empowerment and Development was held at the FPCCI Head Office in Karachi under the chairpersonship of Convener Farah Javed.

The meeting focused on Roadmap 2026 and explored strategies aimed at strengthening women empowerment through entrepreneurship and business development initiatives.
Committee members engaged in detailed discussions regarding the committee’s vision, objectives, and future opportunities for women in business, emphasizing the importance of greater participation of women in Pakistan’s economic growth.
During the session, Deputy Convener of the FPCCI Central Standing Committee for Corporate Relations and Communications Syed Turab Shah presented a bouquet to Farah Javed in recognition of her leadership role.
The meeting was attended by committee members including Javed Mirza, Haris Mirza, Aslam Khaliq, Kausar Aslam, Naseem Bukhari, Jan Mohid Jamai, Khanzadi Jamali, Waseem Abbas, Aqba Waseem, Ana Haider, Tasneem Qaiser, Zubair, Saeed Bukhari, Sahrish Mukhtar, Ali Nasir, and Mudassir Alam.
The gathering highlighted FPCCI’s commitment to creating stronger opportunities for women entrepreneurs and promoting inclusive economic development across Pakistan.
