ISTANBUL: Oxford Alumni gathered in Istanbul for an evening of networking and social engagement as Tara Uzra Dawood attended the Oxford Türkiye Alumni Society event at the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul shortly after arriving in the city.
