Iran approves anti-money laundering bill

TEHRANIran has approved an anti-money laundering bill a major step towards reforms that would bring the country into line with global norms and could facilitate foreign trade after U.S. sanctions.

According to State media, Iran has been trying to implement standards set by Financial Action Task Force, an inter-governmental organization that underpins fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
