Karachi — A delegation of the International Business Forum (IBF) held a meeting with the Governor of Sindh at the Governor House on April 30, 2026, to discuss matters related to investment promotion, trade facilitation, and private sector engagement in the province.
The IBF delegation included Founder and Chairman Ali Arsh Khan, Patron-in-Chief Haji Anis Arfa, Patrons Humza Y. Tabani and Abdul Razzak Mianoor, President Altaf Tai, Finance Secretary Khurram Anis, Senior Vice President Hassan Akhtar Khan, and Management Committee members Babar Abbasi and Shaikh Aamir Zafar.
 During the meeting, both sides discussed opportunities to enhance business activity in Sindh through stronger collaboration between public institutions and the private sector. The delegation emphasized the need for improved investment frameworks and greater support for business initiatives aimed at economic growth and job creation.
The Governor of Sindh welcomed the delegation and appreciated the role of IBF in connecting entrepreneurs and promoting economic dialogue. He reiterated the provincial government’s commitment to creating a business-friendly environment and encouraging investment in key sectors.
The meeting concluded with mutual agreement to maintain ongoing engagement between IBF and provincial authorities to further strengthen economic cooperation and facilitate future investment opportunities in Sindh.
