IHC adjourns hearing of Nawaz’s sentence suspension petition till Feb 6
ISLAMABAD – Islamabad High Court has adjourned till 6th of next month, the hearing of application filed by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif seeking suspension of his sentence in Al-Azizya case.
A two-judge bench comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar heard the case on Monday.
Nawaz Sharif`s counsel Khawaja Haris presented Nawaz Sharif`s medical reports however the Court has sought medical report from Jail Superintendent.
