KARACHI: It is with a heavy heart that the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan(EFP) bids farewell to Vice President Fasihul Karim Siddiqi who passed away. Fasihul Karim Siddiqi served as the Secretary General of the EFP for over 5 years and remained a member of the EFP Board of Directors for more than two decades.
He was also the Executive Director of the Global Compact Network Pakistan ever since the Network was formed in December 2005, a visiting faculty in leading Karachi business schools for over two decades.
In addition, Fasihul Karim Siddiqi was a widely respected colleague and a dear friend. He was an exceptional advocate for the rights of workers and a steadfast representative of employers’ interests. His expertise and commitment in the field of industrial relations were unparalleled.
He possessed a deep understanding of the intricacies of labor laws and regulations, and his ability to navigate complex issues was truly remarkable. His unwavering dedication to promoting fair and equitable practices will be remembered and cherished by both employees and employers alike.
