LARKANA – The 11th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto was observed on Thursday with due solemnity in the country.
Main function of the anniversary was held at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh.
Addressing the function, Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said the great sacrifice of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto for democracy and country will always be remembered.
Speaking on the occasion, PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari said Shaheed Benazir Bhutto was an ideology and will remain alive in the hearts of people.
A large number of PPP leaders and workers from across the country reached Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Bhutto where they offered Fateha and paid tribute to Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto for their services for the cause of democracy and the country.
Quran Khawani and Fateha Khawani were also held at all district offices of Pakistan Peoples Party.
