Karachi, 26, November 2022: Farogh-e-Iqbaliyat Forum & Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications, Karachi from Federal Ministry of Information and Broadcasting held a grand competition on the Philosophy of Allama Iqbal to commemorate his services in congruence with his Birth anniversary. The event was held at the Sindh Boy Scouts Association.
Competitions were held between 500 schools across the categories of Essays writing, Painting, Kalam-e-Iqbal and Urdu Reading. A total number of 700 students participated and prizes were distributed amongst 1st, 2nd and 3rd position holders. The Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications held photographic exhibitions on Allama Iqbal and Pakistan movement.
Chief guests included Chairman of TATA Group of Pakistan, Shahid Anwar, and Guest of Honour, Director General PID Erum Tanveer Odho, Siddique Shaikh, Omar Ghazali and Director Incharge Demp, Tariq Asad.
