China, Iran begin implementation of 25-year cooperation agreement
TEHRAN – Iran says a 25-year comprehensive cooperation agreement signed between Iran and China last year has now entered the implementation stage.
Talking to reporters, Iranian Foreign Minister, Hossein Amirabdollahian said Iran is ready to achieve an agreement in the Austrian capital in the shortest time, a feat that will be made possible with the support of China and Russia.
Signed in Tehran in March 2021, the strategic accord entails economic, military and security cooperation, even as both countries are under different levels of United States sanctions.
