BYD’s Great Pakistan Adventure Uncovers the Beauty of Pakistan Through Four Cinematic Journeys
The digital series features the BYD Shark 6, which BYD describes as Pakistan’s most powerful plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) pickup.
Four Journeys Across Pakistan
The four-episode series brings together adventurers, filmmakers and storytellers from different regions of Pakistan.
Moreover, each episode focuses on one of the four terrains the BYD Shark 6 is designed to handle — mud, sand, snow and mountains.
As a result, viewers get a closer look at some of Pakistan’s most remote and visually stunning locations.
BYD Shark 6 Faces Real-World Challenges
Throughout the series, the BYD Shark 6 travels through deserts, mountain roads, muddy tracks and coastal routes.
Built on BYD’s DMO Super Hybrid platform, the pickup combines all-wheel drive, hybrid efficiency and high ground clearance for off-road travel.
Additionally, the vehicle delivers strong torque and long-distance capability across difficult terrain.
According to BYD, the Shark 6 offers a combined driving range of up to 800 kilometers.
BYD Pakistan Shares Vision Behind Campaign
Ayesha Janjua, Vice President Marketing at BYD Pakistan – Mega Motor Company (MMC), said the campaign aimed to highlight Pakistan’s hidden stories and diverse communities.
“Pakistan is a country of extraordinary landscapes, people, and untold stories,” she said.
Furthermore, she explained that the BYD Shark 6 became more than just a vehicle during the journey.
Instead, it helped the team explore deeper parts of the country and connect with local communities.
Meanwhile, Syed Haider Mujtaba said the project focused on authentic cinematic storytelling and adventure.
He added that the campaign also serves as a tribute to people shaping Pakistan’s future through creativity and innovation.
