Today, woman comprises nearly half of the Pakistan workforce. While there have been many important changes in recent decades, there are many continuities in the issues woman workers face in the workplace. Ayesha Bint-e-Ikram is an inspirational and hardworking, struggling woman in media industry. She started to write at the young age of 14 when she wrote a first drama for her school annual function.
